Annual Plans - 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all annual subscription plans (paid yearly), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee with pro-rated refunds:
- Eligibility Period: You can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal
- Pro-Rated Amount: Refunds are calculated based on unused time remaining in your subscription period
- Calculation Example: If you paid ₹17,988 for a Creator annual plan and request a refund after 7 days, you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining 358 days
- First-Time Users: If you're unhappy within the first 14 days and haven't extensively used the service, you may receive a full refund at our discretion
Monthly Plans - 7-Day Refund Window
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a more limited refund window:
- Eligibility Period: You can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or monthly renewal
- Refund Amount: Full refund of the monthly subscription fee if requested within 7 days
- After 7 Days: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window expires
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but partial refunds are not available for monthly plans
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
After we approve your refund request:
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days from approval
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- UPI Payments: Typically faster, often showing within 2-3 business days
- Credit Cards: May take 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement
Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Custom Development Work: Any bespoke development, custom features, or white-label services performed specifically for your account
- Setup Fees: One-time setup or onboarding fees (if applicable to your plan)
- Third-Party Services: Costs related to third-party integrations, domain registration, or services provided by external vendors
- Data Export Fees: Any fees charged for premium data export or migration services
- Promotional Plans: Special promotional pricing or discounted plans may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase
Account Termination and Refunds
When you request a refund:
- Access Termination: Your account access will be terminated once the refund is processed
- Data Retention: You have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion
- Page URL: Your custom crincer.bio URL will become available for other users
- Content Removal: Your public page will be immediately unpublished
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the standard windows in exceptional cases:
- Service Outages: Significant, prolonged service disruptions caused by Crincer Bio
- Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate payments
- Health or Emergency: Documented medical emergencies or exceptional personal circumstances

Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund:

- Access Continuation: You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No Future Charges: Your subscription will not renew, and you won't be charged again
- Data Retention: Your account and data remain accessible until the subscription expires
Indian Consumer Law
This Refund Policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws. If you are an Indian consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If there's a conflict between this policy and applicable Indian consumer law, the law will prevail.
