Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account independently
• Users between 13-18 years old may use our service only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years old

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

Prohibited Activities

Content Ownership and Licensing

This license terminates when you delete content or close your account, except for reasonable backup retention periods.

Our Content

All Crincer Bio branding, templates, software, designs, and functionality are owned by Crincer Bio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Remove or alter copyright notices or branding (except on plans that allow branding removal)

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• GST: Goods and Services Tax is applicable as per Indian tax laws and included in the stated price where applicable
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
• Billing Cycle: You'll be charged based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually)

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply upon renewal. You can cancel before renewal to avoid the new price.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you and retry the charge. Continued payment failure may result in service suspension or account termination.

Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Automatic renewal will stop
• No future charges will be made
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crincer Bio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
